THP Series Flower Basket Tablet Press
The machine is a flower basket type continuous automatic tablet press.It is one of the fundamental equipment for pressing granular raw materials into tablets in such industries as medicine,chemical industry,food and electronics.It is suitable for making medicine tablets,accrelerants,sugar tablets,calcium tablets,coffee tablets,powder metallurgy,electronic parts and all kinds of fertilizer and pesticide tablets in small batch production,laboratories,hospitals and other sectors. It can be used to make various special-shaped and ring-shaped tablets, as well as tablets with trademarks,words and simple images carved on both sides.Thanks to its high pressure and high strength,it is especially suitable for making powder tablets difficult to form,such as ceremic powder,metal powder,etc.
Operating Principle:
1. It is suitable for small batch production. Its features are that the turret can be installed with 15-19 sets of punches to make 15-19 tablets after each revolution of the turret rotation.
2. The turret speed, filling depth and the tablet thickness are all adjustable. The mechanical buffering device on the machine parts caused due to overload.
3. The machine is provided with a powder suction box to suck the dust during the production and avoid bonding and blocking.
